Fire Policy
Regulation 11 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 1995 [RR(FS)O] requires Responsible Persons to make and give effect to appropriate arrangements for the planning, organisation, control, monitoring and review of the preventative and protective measures. Such arrangements must be in writing where 5 or more people are employed across the undertaking.
To comply with this and other duties within the regulations the company has produced a Fire Safety Policy that outlines fully our duties and arrangements in relation to fire safety management.
